On January 26, 1972, a Yugoslav Airlines DC-9 departed from Copenhagen for Belgrade (via Zagreb) with 28 passengers and crew. At an altitude of 33,000 feet, a bomb in the cargo section, planted by the Ustashe Croatian separatist group, exploded. The plane disintegrated and crashed on the mountains.

In what must be one of the greatest survival stories of all time, stewardess Vesna Vulovic survived the 33,000 foot descent sitting on the tail of the plane.

22 year old Vulovic wasn’t even supposed to be on that plane. As she later stated in an interview, it was another Vesna who was supposed to be on that flight, but she was happy with the mix-up as it allowed her to make her first trip to Denmark. She ended up with a fractured skull, two broken legs, and three broken vertebrae – one of which was crushed and left her paralyzed from the waist down.

Vulovic spent several months in and out of hospitals; operations allowed her to walk again. She became a celebrity when the Guinness Book of World Records invited her to a ceremony in London with Paul McCartney. She is listed for surviving the longest fall without a parachute. Vulovic is now a national hero in Serbia and spent the late 90s marching in Belgrade against Slobodan Milosovic.

Penurunan harga premium yang hanya Rp 500 menjadi Rp 5.000 per liter dinilai belum cukup. Harga premium mestinya masih bisa turun hingga ke Rp 3.570 per liter.

Harga tersebut didasarkan pada harga minyak mentah US$ 43 per barel, nilai tukar rupiah Rp 11.150/$US, alpha 9%, PPN 10%, PBBKB 5%

“Harga premium mestinya senilai Rp3.570/liter, solar juga sekitar itu. Jadi dengan premium Rp 5.000/liter, maka sebenarnya pemerintah masih mengeduk uang rakyat sekitar Rp 1.400/liter. Hitung saja kalo kebutuhan premium 58 juta liter per hari,” ketus Ketua FPDIP Tjahjo Kumolo, Senin (15/12/2008).

Di tempat terpisah, Menneg PPN/Kepala Bappenas Paskah Suzetta mengatakan, penurunan harga premium dan solar dilakukan pemerintah dengan harapan bisa mendorong kegiatan ekonomi masyarakat.

“Pemerintah merespons penurunan minyak semata-mata untuk mendorong kegiatan ekonomi, menolong daya beli dan mengurangi beban ongkos industri,” ujar Paskah, Jakarta.

Paskah mengatakan, dengan kekhawatiran fluktuasi harga minyak dunia yang masih sangat tinggi pemerintah akan tetap menjaga harga premium dan solar di posisi harga awal sebelum penurunan kemarin dilakukan.

“Seiring krisis finansial dan perekonomian global. maka pemerintah akan tetap menjaga agar tidak melebihi harga awal sebelum penurunan, yaitu pada posisi harga premium maksimal Rp 6.000 dan solar Rp 5.500 per liter. ini yang akan dijaga kendati terjadi fluktuasi yang sangat tinggi,” paparnya.

Paskah mengatakan dengan kebijakan tersebut maka pemerintah akan melindungi dunia usaha dari gejolak harga tinggi. “Pemerintah akan menjaga harga keekonomisan. Premium tidak lebih dari Rp 6.000 dan premium tidak melebihi Rp 5.500,” pungkasnya.

Kalo menurut saya, lebih baik harga premiumnya diturunin lagi aja. Yaaaaa, walaupun ini merugikan pihak dari pemilik SPBU karena mereka merasa ditipu oleh pemerintah. Dari peristiwa ini dpt kita lihat kalo Pemerintah tuh ga konsekuen. Tadiny kan premium bakalan turun pas di awal thn, tp nyatanya malah skrng udh turun. Jadi bagi pemilik SPBU merasa sangat dirugikan oleh pemerintah.

Saya sebagai warga yang baik, taat terhadap peraturan, dan juga sebagai pelanggan premium yang setia berharap kalo harga premium turun lagi laaahhhh. Maklum mahasiswa pengenny serba murah.hahahahaa

I think most of creative people have a great spirit because they are must to think harder than others. They should think how to create some different idea so they should have a great physical energy. I disagree with statement which is “they are also often quit and at rest”. I think that not all of them are quit enough and at rest because they should to active to communicate or discuss with other people in order to get ideas.

“Creative people tend to be smart yet naive at the same time.”

I agree with that statement because I think that they are smart. Why can I say that? Because they can create something new while they also can be innocent. It means that they can create something new without need many experiences so they can be called as creative people. I consider that creative people are different with genius people.

“Creative people combine play fullness and discipline or responsibility and irresponsibility.”

This statement means that they can work in condition formal and informal. It is true because they should to create something new in different situation. So they can get many sources from many different situations. On the other hand, I disagree with irresponsibility that should to combine with responsibility. I think that they should responsible to their action, work, behavior and many more. Not only creative people but also every one should responsible.

I agree with this because they should to create something from their imagination into the reality of their life. They should have some interest ideas in order to get attention from people.

I consider that they should to be open to other people but the other side they can keep their secrets from people. Why are they can be introverted? I think because they afraid if people steal their idea so they just keep it in their mind. So, it needed to be balance for each of them.

“Creative people are humble and proud at the same time.”

In creating some ideas, most of them are humble. It means that they are not arrogant in make something new. They also can be proud of their ideas because their idea can be different than others.

“Creative people, to an extent, escape rigid gender role stereotyping.”

I agree with this because it can be avoided from the gender problem. People see that creative people are different with other who only thinks as usual. People not think about the gender for every creative people.

“Creative people are both rebellious and conservative.”

It is true because they should to think out of the box. They can obey the rules that have been existed but they also can think more creative by doing some new action or activity that different than others. They can think wilder than others.

I think that’s true because they should to full attention in doing their work. After finished one project, they also should to move to another object. So they can create many things well.

It is also true because their openness and sensitivity can make them not only feel the pain but also they can feel the confident of themselves.

Banyak rumor beredar bahwa “perokok tidak akan pernah tua, karena dia akan mati di usia muda dan tidak akan pernah merasakan hidup di usia tua”.

Rokok adalah silinder dari kertas berukuran panjang antara 70 hingga 120 mm (bervariasi tergantung negara) dengan diameter sekitar 10 mm yang berisi daun-daun tembakau yang telah dicacah. Rokok dibakar pada salah satu ujungnya dan dibiarkan membara agar asapnya dapat dihirup lewat mulut pada ujung lain.

Rokok biasanya dijual dalam bungkusan berbentuk kotak atau kemasan kertas yang dapat dimasukkan dengan mudah ke dalam kantong. Sejak beberapa tahun terakhir, bungkusan-bungkusan tersebut juga umumnya disertai pesan kesehatan yang memperingatkan perokok akan bahaya kesehatan yang dapat ditimbulkan dari merokok, misalnya kanker paru-paru atau serangan jantung(walapun pada kenyataanya itu hanya tinggal hiasan, jarang sekali dipatuhi).

Manusia di dunia yang merokok untuk pertama kalinya adalah suku bangsa Indian di Amerika, untuk keperluan ritual seperti memuja dewa atau roh. Pada abad 16, Ketika bangsa Eropa menemukan benua Amerika, sebagian dari para penjelajah Eropa itu ikut mencoba-coba menghisap rokok dan kemudian membawa tembakau ke Eropa. Kemudian kebiasaan merokok mulai muncul di kalangan bangsawan Eropa. Tapi berbeda dengan bangsa Indian yang merokok untuk keperluan ritual, di Eropa orang merokok hanya untuk kesenangan semata-mata. Abad 17 para pedagang Spanyol masuk ke Turki dan saat itu kebiasaan merokok mulai masuk negara-negara Islam.

Telah banyak riset yang membuktikan bahwa rokok sangat menyebabkan kecanduan, disamping menyebabkan banyak tipe kanker, penyakit jantung, penyakit pernapasan, penyakit pencernaan, efek buruk bagi kelahiran, dan emfisema.
